Capital International focuses in the five key business sectors: Aerospace and Defence, Telecommunications, Electronics, Oil & Gas and Transport. Within these sectors we focus on Technical IT and Engineering at all levels. This includes software, systems design, stress and safety, project and programme management and technical architecture.

Whilst the sectors are diverse there is cross-over between the types of individuals that can help projects to function effectively within them. This enables Capital International to retain a tight focus on knowing the right people for the right roles.

Of course Capital is also flexible. Almost inevitably, companies from related sectors do approach us, and we are often able to successfully take on assignments in other fields. Power systems and renewable energy is a recent example of this, and Capital’s successful move into our newest sector - Oil & Gas - has its roots in exactly this scenario.
