In August 2009 Capital International was granted a full AUG Licence.  The licence is registered and administered in Germany by German lawyers and accountants

Capital International is a specialist professional staffing company.   We supply engineers* in the Defence, Aerospace, Telecoms, Electronics, Automotive Oil & Energy and associated industries.   Germany is one of our principal markets and we have made significant investments to ensure that we are able to offer the most flexible and efficient service to our German clients. 

Since 1983 Capital International has built an extensive and highly specialised database of more than 60,000 skilled engineers sourced from Europe and the rest of the world.   This, combined with our sophisticated web-search capability, enables us to select international engineers who are willing to work wherever our clients require them. 

For many years we have provided engineers in Germany under Werkvertrag.  This was, and remains, an efficient means for us to fulfil specific requirements for our customers.

Recently however, there has been an increasing demand for provision under Arbeitnehmer-Überlassung Gesetz (AÜG)   These licences are rare among non-German  staffing companies as the process to acquire one is formal, complicated, lengthy and expensive.

Until recently, German companies have been able to accept arrangements to engage staff identified through staffing companies such as Capital, via third-party licence holders.   However, recent moves by the German Tax Authorities have closed this option, and now all staffing companies are expected to hold their own AÜG licence.

The licence enables Capital International to source skilled engineers and technical IT professionals - from the open market in Germany, across Europe and beyond - and to employ them on behalf of our clients on a fixed term AUG contract.

Capital International is a highly flexible supplier.  Where Werkvertrag is required, we have extensive capability.   Where AÜG is necessary, we have equal and unrestricted access to the best possible candidates available in the open, global market, backed by full, open, transparent and compliant licensing.
