Nick Butcher, Chief Executive Officer.

Nick joined Capital in 2007 as part of a planned growth strategy for the Company, taking over from Karen Silk, now a non Executive Director.

Nick has brought to Capital more than 22 years’ experience in the global Professional Technology Staffing sector working as regional and managing director on the board of some of the largest players in the industry. With a passion for a high quality, high energy and highly engaged approach to recruitment, he knows what clients and candidates want and is very clear about what he expects from his team.

Neil Constantine, Finance Director:

Neil is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has been with Capital since 1996. Prior to joining Capital he worked with a Top 20 firm of Accountants.

As well as running the finance side of the company Neil has control of all support services. He is also responsible for compliance issues within the company, safeguarding our ISO9001:2008 accreditation and providing candidates with a wide range of information on topics such as IR35, EAA regulations and working abroad.

Debbie Little, UK Business Manager

Debbie has grown up with Capital, having been with the company since 1996 when she joined as a trainee.

Debbie has worked her way up through Account Management to Senior Account Management to her current position of Manager of the UK Business team. Debbie leads her team with great credentials to back her up, and prior to leading the team she was Capital’s most successful consultant for four consecutive years.

Michael Schrikker, EU Business Manager

Michael, a Dutch national leads the EU Business team. He joined the company in 2000 as an Account Manager.

Michael has led his team through a major growth phase in terms of business and team size and is one of the key drivers of Capital’s successful expansion into non-UK markets. Michael is proud to run a team with seven nationalities speaking eight languages.
